In Person & Online


In this option we do an initial in person “ Game Changer - Coach Up” Session. The purpose is to understand how you are feeling in your body and mind with your running & training today and to create a customized plan to “Coach You Up” to feel better and stronger in running and daily living.

Together we design a program that fits your needs, your schedule, and your goals with the combined intention to get & keep you feeling like a super heroine/hero. Yes, it’s more than just possible - we will do it!


During the Individualized “Game Changer - Coach Up” Session you also learn and do the following:

  • Assess your own body and how it feels and responds with no movement preparation.

  • Learn the indisputable benefits and preform movements to prep the body prior to running

  • Learn the indisputable benefits & perform the strength, stability, and mobility work. All movements and exercises will be broken down and taught with modifications & enhancements.

  • Learn the indisputable benefits & perform breathing, rolling, and stretching exercises.

Together we use the TrueCoach app to provide you pre-run warm-up, breathing exercises, mobility & stability work, strength exercises, stretching & rolling. I am the one coaching you through all these movements! It’s so cool :)

This app gives us the ability to keep ALL communication and programming in one place. It’s a GAME CHANGER! You can do this movement work on your schedule, since it’s available all the time. Traveling on a plane? You can follow along to stretch, roll, and breathe there too!


PRICING:


$65 for one hour in person initial “Coach Up” session, when you travel to me in Andover. $80 if I travel to you within 20 miles and beyond that we will discuss the cost. $10 per every additional 15 minutes.


$45 for Monthly Online Warmup, Mobility, Stability, Strength, Stretch, Breathe, Roll - Be My Best Running & Moving Self Coaching, Utilizing the TrueCoach App. You can record and upload your movement form, so I can provide you feedback. *You can cancel at anytime, but you won’t want to!


$70 for Monthly Run Coaching that involves everything in the $45 monthly price plan, PLUS, you receive coaching to support your running & goal racing. Training for your first 5K, 10k, half, or marathon? Looking to FEEL your best while training and want support to get there? Together we make this happen!


$15 for a 15 minute coaching call check in! We communicate daily through the TrueCoach app, but sometimes you just need to hear that human voice! We can schedule these weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

In order to have me provide run programming we must do a “Game Changer -Coach Up” session, so I can work on your individual needs.

Group

in person & online


In this option you can hire me for a “Game Changer - Coach Up” session with a group of runners in person or on a group zoom call. This is a great option if you have a group of friends training for a race together, are part of a running group or team, or just one to learn more about healthy running and movement in a super cost effective way!


During the Group “Game Changer - Coach Up” Session you will learn and do the following:

  • Assess your own body and how it feels and responds with no movement preparation.

  • Learn the indisputable benefits and preform movements to prep the body prior to running

  • Learn the indisputable benefits & perform the strength, stability, and mobility work. All movements and exercises will be broken down and taught with modifications & enhancements.

  • Learn the indisputable benefits & perform breathing, rolling, and stretching exercises.

After this group session individual runners can choose to purchase an individualized “Coach Up” Session in person at the group coaching event or as part of a follow up phone call. Since we will cover alot during the group coaching session, you may find that you need less time and a 30 minute “Coach Up” Session may work for you! If you attended the group session you can get a 30 minute in person or zoom call “Coach Up” Session for $20.


PRICING:


$65 hourly for a group of 5 runners (when you travel to me in Andover). $5 per additional runner.
